Ep. 185: Dr. Kimberly Barrett currently serves as the Vice President for Diversity and Inclusion and Associate Dean of the Faculty at Lawrence University. This position provides the leadership for creating a more inclusive campus which supports each student, faculty, and staff member to help them reach their unique potential. Barrett has more than 28 years of experience working with faculty, students, governing boards, and community members to promote learning, student development, social justice and diversity. Prior to joining Lawrence, she served as Vice President for Multicultural Affairs & Community Engagement at Wright State University.
